Ryan was elected to the Eden-Albert Community Board on 13th October 2007 for the Citizens and Ratepayers Inc. He is a long time Auckland resident living in Mt Albert and working as a personal banker in Mt Eden, and is an active member of the Mt Albert National party.

Rates rises hurt you – the hard worker – most
…whether you rent or own your own home rates rises are hurting you. Increased costs are passed on to the consumer by the landlord, manufacturer or seller!!! No one can make a loss and stay in business! Don’t be fooled by simple rhetoric - if rates go up who will be paying for it – YOU!!!
To keep rate rises low – change the council – vote Citizens and Ratepayers
